Just wondering; does anyone here know Omnia?
They're sorta the pagan folkrock kind of band, but actually they tend to borrow much from other styles. Or another band in this genre, like Faun or Corvus Corax.
And Chickenfoot, a lesser know supergroup which makes old fashioned hard rock and stuff, I love them! :)
But no one seems to know any of these bands, so...

My other half listens to Chickenfoot, I have to be on the mood for it in the same way I do with Dream Theater, Vai and Satriani these days though.

@Bella Kohner, yupyup :) You ever seen them live? I know one member and met the rest of the members a few months ago, awesome human beings and great musicians too. Yeah, i'm a bit of a fan ^-^ Corvus Corax and Faun are cool bands :thumbup: Al three more neo-folky and stuff, I like that. Are you from (near) Holland if I may ask?

@Olly, you should give 'em a listen, great band.

  • Day two and about 1/8th of the way done. Taking it slow and steady... using the twist and rip method and doing 1/2
  • Dreads week 5 - after a swim in the ocean. Lots of nice loopy tangles happening all over the place. Some combining at the roots. Ripping that apart every day.
  • Dreads week 4- wow my hair looks washed out here. I think it's funny how my dreads seem to take on the waves that are always in my hair. I'm surprised at the lack of shrinkage. It's only been a couple of inches so far...
