i brushed the ends out today, been meaning to for a while.



and i know it's a blury photo, but i can't seem to get a better image of how big the bun is now

So it's my brother's grad this Thursday, I was searching for cool things to do with my hair, and this is the only one that worked... good thing cause it's also frickin' kickass!



Tutorial:


I used those clear little no-ouch elastics to secure the ends of my braids and then once everything was pinned in nice and securely, I got my mom to cut the elastics (as they're mad cheap and I have about a billion of them) so you don't see anything at all. It feels so solid and I love it so much!

holly - oh my that is stunning! i want to do that for a special occasion but i havent had one yet haha

with the bun, it's a bit mix match really haha, sometims it's just like folded over, which is ot just put it up, to do the twisty bun, one way i do it is make two sections in my hair, and sort of twist them round each other and then put a hair band thing around it and tuck in the ends so that they don't fall out, took a bit of practice

also when that doesn't work i use three sections, and kinda twist/plait them into a bun, it creates a bigger bun and it's harder to do up, but works better with a bandana...
