I'm thinking of biting the idea of a studio in San Francisco that only does Tintype (where a positive image is developed directly on sheets of metal not a negative) and Polaroid portraits, think it could be a real money spinner in this day and age of instagram/hipstamatic images.

Gonna get busy in a month or so and start experimenting in the darkroom again, quite excited!

Yeah, it's pretty well documented, one of the DVDs has a big feature on it. Robert Llewellyn is actually playing Kryten in it but the budget for his costume has gone down to about £49.99....

It's kind of lucky the US Pilot was so shit, really, there probably wouldn't have been any more of the British version from series 5 onwards had it been a success.

Hating my pink dreads today. But just the dreads part, not the pink. Put conditioner in today just to soften it a bit - MAN were they dry, it was like having hay on my head! YUCK!

Missed all you folks lately. My son's been sick and it's taken much of my attention from all the fun 'extra's in life.

WAs told I should blog my daily life as a daycare provider. Not sure if the world is interested in that.

  • Day two and about 1/8th of the way done. Taking it slow and steady... using the twist and rip method and doing 1/2
  • Dreads week 5 - after a swim in the ocean. Lots of nice loopy tangles happening all over the place. Some combining at the roots. Ripping that apart every day.
  • Dreads week 4- wow my hair looks washed out here. I think it's funny how my dreads seem to take on the waves that are always in my hair. I'm surprised at the lack of shrinkage. It's only been a couple of inches so far...
