No your not the only person in Indiana with dreads. Here is the other. Lol. I live in a small town and im the only person within a hundred miles at least with dreads(that i know of). I'm from albion, near kendalville and fort wayne. You?

Haha. LIE! I seen like, SIX different people with dreads today in Benton Harbor. But to be honest, they were all black. I'm the only whitey I've met (attemting) have them.

  • Day two and about 1/8th of the way done. Taking it slow and steady... using the twist and rip method and doing 1/2
  • Dreads week 5 - after a swim in the ocean. Lots of nice loopy tangles happening all over the place. Some combining at the roots. Ripping that apart every day.
  • Dreads week 4- wow my hair looks washed out here. I think it's funny how my dreads seem to take on the waves that are always in my hair. I'm surprised at the lack of shrinkage. It's only been a couple of inches so far...
