I wash my hair every other day~ or sometimes only twice a week, depending on how dirty my head feels. I wash with the Lush shampoo bar Seanik and I usually need to separate them after I wash. It can be a little frustrating in the beginning, your hair will go through a lot of changes in the first year and it probably won't look the way you planned. A lot of mine fall out as well, I felt the most frustrated around the 3~5 month mark and sometimes I would reTnR the ends that had fallen out after I showered, you can try this but they will usually fall out again. Overall my hair seemed to lock pretty fast and I think it's because I go for swims in the ocean a couple times a week. The combination of the salt water and friction from swimming is great for knots. What you're doing is perfect, and swimming in the ocean is great too if you can. Beautiful locks take time and you've already given them a great head start with the TnR. Time and patience are the best maintenance, break your mirrors for the first year or so. Your hair is looking great so far, stick with it and you'll have gorgeous long ropes before you know it
