Don't know what I was blithering on about the other day, load of mis-spelt gibberish.

Paul that's fantastic with the red dwarf talks (has the new series started yet? I finally got a digibox as I was fed up not having any TV)

Oh I'm just limping now, growing a nice big black bruise on my foot and ankle to remind me I'm not a gymnast and shouldn't leap over walls landing like an idiot in public.

Oooh I'm growing spinach. Only in a plant pot, no epic vegetable patch or anything. I gotta do some gardening in a bit....Blaa blaa moo.

Nah, it's not on until the end of the year sometime, probably September-ish.

I never grow anything.. I should grow something.

Aw thanks! And I know right? Cockatoos are literally everywhere here. I've seen flocks of 60 or so (I counted roughly) flying around just a few blocks away. They make the most horrendous noise, it's like they're being savagely murdered or something.

we had a glowing report from Hannahs teachers yesterday, shes only 5 but the teachers are really impressed with her writing maths and art, always keen at school and not a bad word to say...made my day :).....she must get it from the wifes side!!!!

That's cool Marc, it's always nice to know your kids are getting on well at school. I accidentally opened a letter earlier from the high school to my eldest thinking it said 'To the parents of...' (they usually are), and it's a couple of handwritten postcards, from two different subject teachers saying well done for doing such outstanding work. It's happened before, and I love the fact that the school takes the time to do something special like that.
