Fuck cuttin them off dude. It depends if you want to cut them off and be sad, in order to conform to someone elses standards. Use some aloe jel and make them nice and neat, but most of all show them how hard of a worker you are. don't cut them dude.

Just pull your dreads back in a ponytail, make them a little discreet. I think you'll be fine (:

Employers are extremely conservative about hair—if you don't have a number two haircut, you're not up for like, half the jobs out there. Just keep them discreet.

I agree but i would move the "in" in "cuttin" over to the end of the word "fuck" to create the sentence "Fuckin cutt them off dude." thats what i would do.

post a pic of your hair and I'll try and give you some real advice about it... but have a good attitude when goin into the interview, smile, shake hands firmly, and be friendly. thats the best thing you can do.

I agree about the aloe and tying them back and making sure there is nothing "wild" about them. Women definitely have it easier in hiding dreads, what with all the various wraps and scarves. I just hope that the world progresses one of these days to the point where irrelevancies like how one wears their hair don't count.
