Unstable mind? here.
how to fix it? meds. i guess.
how i want to fix it? naturally.
is that possible? i've tried, worked until a near death experience 4 years ago, ever since then needs meds.
I really want off of them, but scared as to what might happen.
bipolar, adhd, major depression, and anxiety,
every doctor wants me to stay on meds.
fuck. that. i don't want chemicals screwing up my brain more :(
any advice as to what to do.. i'm in a rut :(

I've got a very unstable mind and I've tried the natural vitamin route and I couldn't keep it together. The doctors call me schizoaffective which is schizophrenia + manic and depression episodes. Talk to your doctor if your not happy maybe you can switch medicines. I take a combination of antidepressants and anti psychotics. My wish was to be symptom free but the doctors tell me i'm always going to have symptoms and i'm always going to be taking meds. How depressing! I guess with me always taking meds that's job security for them grrr

In the end it's up to you. I luuuv feeling manic and if going med free you can handle the downsides then do whats best for you. Sometimes I like to go off my anti psychotics for a weekend and explore my brain a bit. What do u think?

hey, in my experiances with depression and the power of the mind going out of control i found that staying away from meds all together the best thing, its tough, very tough to begin with but eventually it gets better, i have known alot of people that have been put on meds and they end up relying on them....your body gets used to them and then gets dependant on them, i hate the way doctors will just give you a perscription and send you on the way...i know they are busy people but each individuals mind is differnt and unique, they need alot of time and effort to explore what is really going on, takeing meds just smooths over the initial problem and dosn't really tackle the big picture. there are alot of natural remedies out there which can help out alot and ease the mind which are great and much better. i believe everyone is strong enough to control their own mind, it might take years but it can be done and it can be done without all the meds, i find talking to people helps...lots of talking, but most of all stay strong and happy....the more positive energy the better

my description is only based on the battle i have been through with my own mind...i have come out the other side a much better person and i didn't use any meds, i wish you all the best and if you need to chat ping me a PM :)

Try and quiet your mind through meditation. You need to destroy any illusion of what your mind is "supposed to" be like and accept your mind exactly as it is in this moment. You are perfect. You are god. Namaste!

I'm not in any position to give advice (I've got a very unstable mind and have never taken any meds, it's not going so well), but I wish you luck on whatever you decide to do! :)
